PICCOLO
Piccolo is a Namek. He used to be a rival of Goku's, but after his death he takes Gohan to the wild to train. Though harsh with Gohan during their training, they became good friends. He is connected with Kami. If Piccolo dies so does Kami thus then making the dragon balls useless without either. He learns to fuse with Nail and Kami to become stronger. He gives Gohan clothes similar to his. When Nappa fires a huge energy blast at Gohan, Piccolo steps in front of the blast to sacrifice his life to make sure Gohan lives.
