SUPER SAIYAN LEVELS
SUPER SAIYAN 1
This is the standard SS level. The difference is your hair stands straight up and it's a gold/blonde color. Your eyes turn blue and your power zooms up. Sometimes a golden barrier surrounds you. Goku, Gohan, Trunks, Vegeta, Goten, Vegetto, Gogeta,and Gotenks reach this level. You must have three requirements to trigger the transformation. A pure heart (Vegeta has a pure heart of evil) a power level over 100,000, and be ultra pissed at someone.

SUPER SAIYAN ULTRA
This is SS Ultra. Your muscles bulge to the maximum. Your power level gets almost 3x as strong. And you get much faster. However, there is a catch to this stage. Because of your big muscles; it slows you down a lot. When Cell revealed this, the Z-fighters realized this stage was useless. Trunks, Vegeta, and Goku reach this stage.

SUPER SAIYAN 2
In this stage, your power level immediately sky-rockets. The barrier around you has electricity in it. Your muscles get bigger, but not as big as SS ultra. You reach this stage just like SS 1, except it must be a greater force. The Saiyans that reach this stage are Vegeta, Goku, Gohan, and Vegetto.

SUPER SAIYAN 3
This is the strongest normal SS stage. You can only reach this form by training. Your hair gets really long and reaches to your butt. Your eyebrows disappear. But since it is so powerful, it drains your energy real fast. Goku and Gotenks are the only Saiyans that ever reach this stage.

SUPER SAIYAN 4
This is the last SS stage. It's a mix of a monkey and a Saiyan. Anger AND sorrow reaches this stage. Your tail grows back if you didn't have one earlier. In my opinion, this is not a SS stage. You must reach this stage from a Golden Oozooroo. To reach a Golden Oozooroo, you must look at the full moon as a SS. Goku is the only one that really reaches this stage, but Vegeta reaches it by using one of Bulma's devices. Gogeta reaches this stage by having Goku and Vegeta fuse while they are both in SS 4 form.
