There are numerous places where you can buy Video CDs, the main sources is from the far east particularly Malaysia. In Europe it is more difficult to buy VCDs now mainly because of the popularity of DVDs and VHS tapes, VCD never really took off in Europe. However there are many sources where you can buy titles faster and cheaper in a lot of circumstances on VCD rather than any other format.
Your first stop to evaluate these sites is to use forums and message boards, get some opinions and views to help make your decision. I find that VCD Help Center and VCD central offers good starting points. The forum is fully searchable and can help provide valuable information on making your decision.
