When Hoser and Petitgout learned that they would be the Franchise Players for the Main Street Mayhem, it was a new role for both of them. Main Street represents the largest franchise in the IFL and the most revenue possibility. With a dismal performance this year, fans may switch to root for the Convicts or the Swat Team. A high draft pick will be the #1 priority for the Mayhem and even a trade to acquire it will prove beneficial in the long run. It remains to be seen if Petitgout can recover from his hurt leg. Tommie Frazier had the same injury and he never played again.
