The Boiler Room Dome crowd will be filled with jerseys of #75 and #87 in the IFL: Year One as Biff and Bauer were named Franchise Players. These two will be the cornerstone of the Convicts and will have all control over draft picks. Early reports from Mel Kiper, Jr. have the Convicts looking for speed with their 1st round pick. In the 2000 Winter League, Bauer caught a game winning touchdown and Biff was a dominant qb, rb, ol, the entire year. With a few good draft picks the Convicts could find themselves playing in the Smackdown Bowl.
