Under magnification, the number 3085NU9 appears on the seam, reverse side of the tube, in the area of the black mark on the tube.
Notice the dried contents [metal cleaner] on the tube.
I am not familiar with how Amway codes their merchandise, although I am acquainted with how the coding system works, having worked in the retail end of the food & drug industry for a number of years.
My only hope is that the "85" in "3085," is not for the year in which the tube and contents were packaged together, considering the fact that I got the merchandise in our 1993/94 year with Amway. This would have made the product eight to nine years old when we purchased it if that is borne out to be true.
