| The Parish of Milford as it was known in my Ancestors day was the main church for the Townlands and Villages of Milford, Freemount and Tullylease. It is in the Cathoilc Diocese of Cloyne and in the County of Cork. It encompasses the Civil Parishes of Kilbolane; Knocktemple; Milford; Shandrum and Tullylease. Today the Parish is called Freemount/Milford and the villages of Freemount and Tullylease have their own churches for services as well. |
