The icecream cone-like paopei Shinkouhyou always carries around with him. It is the world's most powerful paopei of the Seven Super Paopei( ^^;). The three yellow bands that stick out from the top ball conducts high-powered lightning that strikes the obstacle( whether it be alive or not ^^;;). The Raikouben( as well as the rest of the Six Super Paopei), are often called the 'parasite paopei', because they drain huge amounts of energy from the user to be used. Even holding it will drain you of your power. How's that for a paopei ?
