the moon rises to its glorious height only to find no resting place for the gentle rays.
Darkness retreats as the light streams it's way look to where it may rest,
One is found but will he accept the light to his darkness?
Steps carry him further but darkness abounds,
One is dark yet the other is the glorious ray of light.
Can a door lead from dark to light,
is there a opening between where two can meet as one?
she reaches forth with all she can give,
her love to Him as no other can do,
her heart opens with the rays of light to touch the darkness once more,
will His darkness allow the rays to light His way?
He looks to the light, their eyes once meet,
soon the darkness will withdraw if she can not touch His heart.
her gentle rays stream forth beconing his heart,
her breath is held as she streams her way gently to the darkness,
will he accept her light or will the darkness conquer once more?
His eyes raise to the light as it is filled with the light,
His heart becomes light as she feels Him with her sweet loving rays,
The darkness is lighted by the precious only one can give.
