| Above you will see several different Cheerios' ads from the 1950's and 2003. The ads are quite similar in that they are displaying the cereal as ready to eat, in the bowl with milk. The box color of the regular type of Cheerios' has stayed the same. In terms of differences, different colors and designs are used to advertise the number of types of cereal under the Cheerios' brand in 2003. As well, General Mills currently advertises Cheerios' as a low cholesterol choice an advertising feature not used in the 1950's. |
