'70 Sedan 2025 with driver With the single exhaust the car started like it had fuel injection, smoked the tires like a fueler and you could roll imto it at 30 mph in top gear and drive away,I loved it! Adding inch and a half merge made it run better above 5800 and reduced the ET by around a quarter second but the bottom end went dead and it was a slug to drive unless you were over 3500 or so ...The cost is so low because I found some killer deals from a guy that was getting rid of his vw stuff a new bored for 90.5 w/ FF for 75.00 A Berg sump off my bracket car heads from an old 1600 smog motor that Jon Karcy did years ago and freshened up locally, A pair of Dellortos that after rebuild by ART Thraen...etc etc Look for bargains..They are out there!!! |
