The firm visit (18-1-2002) was a one-day trip to visit Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl), the largest air cargo operator in Hong Kong located in Tung Chung. The automatic operation systems were visited under the guidance of the engineers from Hactl. Through the trip, the whole operation process of the loading and unloading of cargo to and from the plane was learnt and the uses of the operation systems were observed.
