OK now here are some results that I couldn't really count, for obvious reasons, so I have just added some of them.
Best Ad lib:

Antonio Sussini forgetting to say numero uno
Well nothing major on the forgotten lines scenario. Either they are all perfect and know the script really well or they can cover up well when they cock up! I think it is the latter!!
Technical Hitch of the Year:
Bridge not coming down/staying down/coming down when it shouldn't. (This one cropped up quite a lot, so either it happens all the time, or everyone who did this survey went on the same night, which I doubt!!)

The disco set got stuck before the dance comp....ten minute break to fix it.
The cars on the bridge stopped
The guys dropping the ball into the audience, and Adam looking extremely pissed off at some bloke in the audience and demanding it back!
Interval lasting for about 20 minutes longer than it should, due to safety curtain being stuck, and being raised at about an inch a minute!

Sound effects for jive talking did not come on and the cast had to improvise
Adam standing on Richard's microphone lead so Rich couldn't move, and then had to mouth "Get off the fucking lead!!!" (This has now been incorporated into the script!!)
A shoe fell off the trolley and Richard was stuck holding it and twirling about trying to incorporate putting it back into the 'Staying Alive' dance.
