What is Reiki?
Reiki is a powerful, precise healing system which is believed to have originated in Tibet thousands of years ago. It accesses a universal life force energy and helps promote healing in all living things on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Reiki practitioners are channels for this healing energy.
What are the chakras?
Chakras (meaning "wheels" in Sanskrit) are like small spinning vortices of energy arranged vertically through your body from the base of your spine to the top of your head. Each chakra acts like a computer center to process and store the energy of your every thought and action. The chakras act as doorways through which mental, emotional and spiritual forces flow in and out of your life. All of your spiritual life lessons are recorded here, and determine your relationship, economic conditions, health and your psychological and spiritual life. It is a fact that there is no area in your life that is not effected by your chakra system. This is why it is so critically important to keep your chakra energies clear and your chakras balanced.

Crystal healing is using crystals to cleanse and energize the chakras.
What is energy field healing?
Energy field healing (aura and chakra healing) is one of the most profound and fundamental alternative therapies in the field of alternative medicine and holistic health. It employs spirituals healing methods which expand the awareness of the energy healer and uses energy, color and light healing techniques to catalyze healing in the patients energy field, helping the patient break free from afflictions and limitations of body, mind, and spirit. It may provide enhanced quality of life for the patient, and facilitate spiritual growth.
What is distant energy healing?
Distant energy healing is healing performed when the healee is not present. In distant energy healing energy is controlled and can be guided by mind. It can be done over the internet or over the phone.
