| 2 boxes (10.5 oz. ea.) of Mori Nu tofu, extra firm 2 Tbs vanilla 1/4 C canola oil 1/2 C honey or maple syrup 2 tsp lemon juice Blend on high until smooth. Will be thick. Pour tofu mixture into crumb lined dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until just a tinge of brown. Let cool and set, after thoroughly cool, top with favorite berry, fruit or lemon pie filling. |

| 6 oz apple juice concentrate 1 C water 3 Tbs cornstarch 1 Qt frozen berries or favorite fruit Use 1/4 cup of the one cup of water to mix in cornstarch and thicken fruit topping and pour on cheesecake, cool thoroughly. May use lemon pie filling for topping also. (recipe on previous page) |

| 2 C grape nuts (dry) 2 2/3 C milk 1 pkg lipton onion soup 1 C chopped nuts (fine) Bake in covered dish 1/2 hour at 350 degrees |
| 2 C favorite granola: Blend this to graham cracker like consistency and arrange in a 9-13 baking dish. Put crumbs up as high as possible on sides of dish. |

It furnishes the natural Vitamin D as it lowers cholesterol . You need ten minutes exposure daily on half of your face for enough Vitamin D. B. Pure Fresh Air is very important. This means no tobacco smoke or smog. Breathe deeply as part of your exercises. C. Walking is good exercise. Gardening is also good exercise. Body systems lose their good condition in a short time without it. D. An abiding faith in a loving God will help you have peace and rest as well. Rest your life in His hands. E. Get adequate restful sleep A light supper will help. Try to avoid stressful circumstances, such as some TV progrmming. A relaxing soak in warm water may help you unwind. F. The body needs water for optimal function. Drink 8-10 glasses a day, more if you perspire much. This will increase your endurance. Drink water on arising, between meals, but early enough before bedtime so it won't interfere with your sleep. G. Doing everything in life in Moderation will be of great benefit to the health of your body. H. A good diet helps the body heal itself. Lots of fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Avoid the use of simple sugars, white flour, and caffein. |
| CAROB BAVARIAN CREAM |
| 2 Tbs Emes unflavored gelatin 3/4 C water 1 C boiling water 1/3 C honey, good measure 1 C blanched almonds or raw cashews 1/4 C Carob powder 1/2 tsp salt Enough ice cubes or ice water to make the above mixture total 1 quart. Soak the Emes gelatin in the 3/4 C water in liquefier for several minutes. Add the 1 C boiling water and briefly whiz to dissolve gelatin. Add other ingredients except ice and thoroughly liquefy to cream. Liquefy in ice cubes or ice water to the 1 quart level. Pour into a 1 quart mold and refrigerate. To serve, unmold by briefly immersing mold into hot water and turning mold onto a chilled platter. Serve with whipped topping. |
