Hello Parents!

     After our third month in school, I can tell that this is going to be a glorious year working with your children, my students.  Every year, and every generation, your kids are getting more intelligent by the passing moments.  However, it takes lots of encouragement and inspiration from the teachers as well as the parents. So be sure to always ask what your student has learned today, and try to make sure that there homework is done.  I would suggest giving your children a pre-spelling test on Thursday nights as a little warm up for their spelling test.  As well with the Spelling tests, I would suggest allowing about 10 – 15 minutes of math homework a day.  I know it can sound like a load, but mathematics is very important skill to master.  Practice makes perfect!
