Welcome!

The classic sci-fi novel, Ender's Game, is being developed into a major motion picture!

Currently, author Orson Scott Card is working on rewrites to his latest draft of the script for Warner Bros and director Wolfgang Petersen (best known for directing Troy, The Perfect Storm and The Neverending Story). Peterson does not have any other films lined-up, so EG:TM could become his next project. - More News

The movie will combine both Ender's Game, along with element of it's companion novel, Ender's Shadow, which tells the story from Bean's prospective.

Set roughly 150 years into the future, Ender's Game tells the story of a six year old genius named Andrew "Ender" Wiggin. After the Earth has barely survived two alien invasions by the bug-like Formics, the brightest children are recruited as future commanders of the International Fleet, and prepared for the inevitable next invasion. Ender is taken to Battle School, a space station where children were trained and conditioned to be perfect soldiers. There the focus is on the Battle Room, where the kids fight mock battles to learn strategy, tactics and leadership skills. Ender's the best that they have, but will his training be complete by the time the next invasion force reaches Earth? - More About the Story

The odyssey of the Ender's Game movie has been a turbulent journey the last seven years, with many drafts being written by various screenwriters. But finally, there's a cautious optimism that there is a studio and director willing to make a movie that lives up to high standards set by the novel and the expectations of the fans.
