Galadralorean
                of the realm of Galadralore

Miriévuarinen! You have just stumbled upon a new language, and indeed, the key to a whole new world still in creation. Galadralorean is only a fraction of a larger work, a trilogy of novels, that focus around the struggle for the people of Galadralore to regain their stolen lands from the forces of the West, the Ocarrians.
Galadralorean owes it's external creation to a poem in my eighth grade English class. We were to come up with a poem using nonsense words like "Jabberwocky" and so I came up with the words 'shabbor' which meant 'shuffled along' and 'menglié' which meant 'minstrel'. From that humble beginning, comes the language of Galadralorean, and even the country and story behind it.
Galadralorean's internal history is much like Irish. It is an ancient language, predating the unification of the 'United Empire' and the written language, with its more complex full alphabet, reflects this age.
The language of Galadralorean is by no means complete, and the longest text thus far is not even a pae in length. However, the language is still rich and growing, and I hope to come further along with it soon. Galadralorean is a language that works on inflections similar to Latin or Spanish, so those are a good starting point to learning this langauge, however, the inflections are always, with two exceptions, paired with a pronoun. In this way, Galadralorean could be said to resemble French, however that is where any simliarities to French end.
Here is a chart of a first declension (there are only two) verb inflected fully with pronouns. Bear in mind that the verb ending is influenced by both the sounds in the word and the vowel before the ending consonant.
