Officer Safety Warning
"On August 29th, the Arizona Department of Public Safety reported a drastic increase in the use of two types of Homemade explosives, TATP (Triacetonetriperoxide) and HMTD (Hexamethylenetriperoxidediamine). Both types have been recovered in Arizona and other western states. These homemade explosives can be as potent as commercial dynamite and can be extremely unstable, detonating with he slightest touch, move, static, temperature change, or due to internal chemical reaction. Depending on how the explosives are made, the material can look just like powder cocaine, crack cocaine, or crystal methamphetamine. Regardless of the appearance, the explosives have one very important thing in common: IF YOU TRY TO TEST THE MATERIAL IN A FIELD TEST KIT, IT WILL INSTANTANEOUSLY DETONATE!
