Alex of Burg
Sieyuu: Ashley Angel

He is the main character of the game. He lives in Burg and has grown up together with Luna. His family took care of Luna since she was a baby. Although they lived as a family, Alex began to love Luna not only as a sister but far more than that although he won't admit it. Most of the time he would be visiting the monument of his "Hero". In the outskirts of Burg Alex would always drop by the grave of the great Dragon Master Dyne. His dream is to be a Dragon Master he, wanted to go through adventures, fighting evil, saving the world and protecting the Goddess Althena just like Dyne did.

Luna
Seiyuu: Rhonda Gibson

She was adopted by Alex's family when she was found crying alone as a baby. She is the reincarnation in human form of the Goddess Althena. She was raised together with Alex and was known as a good singer in town. Luna wanted to lead only a simple life but follows Alex as he begins his adventure.

Nall
Seiyuu: Jackie Powers

He is the pet white dragon of Alex. He is very persistent and loves eating fish a lot, he accompanies Alex and Luna in their travels. He believes in Alex's dream and supports him all the way. He is also one of the legendary Dragons. After the death of the Great White Dragon, he was the one who took over the position of the White Dragon and was able to transform and utilize his power.

Ghaleon
Seiyuu: John Truitt

Ghaleon is the main antagonist in the story. He used to be Dyne's ally, he was one of the greatest Heroes of Althena who once protected the Goddess Althena. However finally Althena decided to give up her powers and change into a human due to the over dependence of Humans to her. Dyne gave up his power as a dragon master in order for this to happen. Ghaleon didn't understand the reason beyond this after seeing this incident. He couldn't accept the fact that Dyne made Althena into a human. He then pledged he will return the Goddess back as her "Queen". (I think maybe Ghaleon really had feelings for Althena)

Mia Ausa
Seiyuu: Jackie Powers

She is the daughter of the Great Magician Lemia who fought with the Dyne back then. Mia is a very shy girl, she has a great potential of wielding strong magic but due to her mother's attitude (Lemia was controlled by Royce) she wasn't able to gain confidence for herself. However by meeting up with Alex they were able to restore the Magic Kingdom to its prosperity and freeing her mother from Royce's spell.

Nash
Seiyuu: Lief Huckman

Nash is one of the brightest students in the Magic Kingdom. He is an apprentice of Ghaleon. Nash has a boastful and selfish personality but this changes as he becomes friends with Alex. He also has this big crush on Mia Ausa.

Jessica
Seiyuu: Melissa Gulden

Jessica is the daughter of Myght, one of the four Heroes who fought against evil with Dyne once. She is a priestess, however her attitude doesn't fit her to be a priestess. Most of the time she just skips classes and wanders off. Despite her aggressive attitude she has a good heart as well. She joins Alex and becomes a healer of their party. ( Personally I find Luna's healing abilities more useful but anyways that's maybe because she's the Goddess and all hehe ^^;;)

Kyle
Seiyuu: John Haas

He is the ex-boyfriend of Jessica, he is also the leader of the bandits. He has good swordsmanship skills too and although he is a bandit, he never harms women or children. His group is only allowed to attack and steal from men^^;;; Kyle is also a womanizer and a drunkard but his love of his life is Jessica. I really find this couple funny, most of the time they would even fight on the slightest simple things. He likes teasing and insulting Jessica a lot and so does Jessica. I guess they're really made for each other =D

Tempest and Fresca
Seiyuu: Chad Letts and Melissa Gulden

They are lovers who helped Alex in their journey to stop Ghaleon. Tempest joins Alex's party with wind being his element and using his bow as a weapon. Tempest and Fresca are very much in love with each other, they even planned having dozens of children o_O

Xenobia
Seiyuu: Katheryn Kirk

She is the leader of the Vile Tribe. The people of the Vile Tribe are so called outcasts in the world of Lunar. They are the people who are against Althena. They do not believe in the Goddess. Xenobia met Ghaleon and fell in love with him. Because of her love for Ghaleon she did everything that Ghaleon had asked her. In the end she sacrificed her life for Ghaleon.

Phacia
Seiyuu: Paula Angel

Phacia is from the Vile Tribe. She disguises herself as a priestess in order to fool Alex and the others. Despite her being one of the Vile Tribe, she continues to believe in Althena.

Royce
Seiyuu: Jennifer Stigile

She has the power of manipulating other people and foreseeing the future. As she is one of the Vile Tribe, she uses her gift to evil. She hinders Alex from saving Luna and the world.
