Hiro

Hiro is a treasure hunter, he lives with his old man in a secluded area. Together with his female pet dragon Ruby, they find relics or treasures in ancient caves and towers. His life was that of just an ordinary boy until he meets Lucia. He falls in love with her the moment he sees her.

Lucia
Seiyuu: Kelly Weaver

Lucia came from the Blue Moon. All her life she lived alone in that moon waiting for the time when her presence would be needed to stop evil. She awakens from her deep sleep and senses the danger approaching the world created by Althena, Lunar. She decides to travel to Lunar through transportation and she ends up in the tower. She meets Hiro and became his acquaintance. Curious about the people and the beautiful world created by Althena, she learns in her travels the meaning of love and friendship which she never felt before in her entire life.

Ruby
Seiyuu: Jennifer Stigile

She is the red pet dragon of Hiro. As she is female, she has this crush on Hiro which makes her very protective of him when it comes to ladies. They grew up together since they were children and became very close friends. As their travel progresses she meets up with Nall and learns her power as the Red Dragon. Her love interest begins to shift from Hiro to Nall.

Ghaleon
Seiyuu: John Truitt

Ghaleon starts off as one of the antagonists of the game. He helps Zophar from destroying the world. However his beliefs started changing and in the end he helps Hiro and his companions.

Nall
Seiyuu: Jonathan Esses

He is the same Nall as the from the first Lunar. However this time he is in human form. Nall's attitude changes from childish to a more mature yet stubborn young man. Nall now takes care of abandoned or orphaned children in his Lair. He plays with them, feeds them and protects them from any harm. Most of the time disagreement between Ruby is most prone but their relationship improves as their journey passes by.

Ronfar
Seiyuu: Ned Schuft

Ronfar is one of the most popular gamblers in town. Most of the time he would be seen in the bar with ladies playing dice. Despite his attitude his love for her first love will never die.

Jean
Seiyuu: Melissa Gulden

Jean was once a martial artist but she becomes a dancer instead due to her horrible past. She was an assassin long ago, she killed people. She was trained by Lunn to be a killing puppet. Luckily she was able to escape the Black/Blue Dragon Clan? ( I'm not sure if that's what it's called I played the game for so long I can't remember it anymore if I'm wrong please inform me) She started living as a gypsy but as she travels with Hiro she realizes that running away from your past is not a solution rather learning from it facing it is the key to continue living for the future.

Lemina
Seiyuu: Kathy Ostrander

Lemina is a very hyper girl who loves money. She joins with Hiro in her dream to restore the Magic Kingdom. The Magic Kingdom and magicians had faded through time. As her desire to get more apprentices and students he meets up with Hiro and finally decided to join him.

Leo
Seiyuu: Ty Webb

He is the White Knight who protected Althena. He will start off as someone who opposes Hiro and the others until he realizes that the Althena he is protecting isn't the real one. He joins Hiro to help them stop evil and regain his pride and dignity as a Knight.

Mauri
Seiyuu: Emmunah Hauser

She is the sister of Leo. She becomes an enemy of the group due to mind control. She regains her memory with the help of Hiro and reunites with Ronfar, her lover.

Lunn
Seiyuu: Blake Dorsey

He is the teacher of Jean. He taught her the ways of an assassin. He was the shadow of Jean's dark past. He is the leader of a school teaching girls the way to kill like an assassin.

Zophar
Seiyuu: T. Owen Smith

He is the main antagonist of the game. His will is to destroy all of Lunar.
