Where Has Time Gone

From childhood days, to teenage ways.

Somewhere the years just seem to slip away.

We left baby toys, for teenage boys.

From school day's crush, to big boy trucks.

Where has time gone.

From party hats and kid balloons, to book

reports and childhood tunes.

Where has time gone.

Someday soon, you'll go away, and start a life

on your own.

From twilight moons, to baby booms.

Your room is empty. I sit here holding onto

memories.

Somewhere the years just, seem to slip away.

And now we sit here old and gray.

Where has time gone.
