Discovering
Drifting back into time, as our minds wonder.
Going to places, never journeyed before.
Walking on new ground, untouched by man.
Discovering a new place, a new land.
Beauty surrounds me, no debris, no pollution,
only serenity.
How long will it be, before man finds me, and
destroys all the beauty around me.
Polluting waters, air and skies, throwing debris,
all to lazy to dispose of it properly.
Tears trickle down my cheeks, as only a matter
of time, before they find, my new discovery.
I guess I will enjoy what I have, before it is gone,
and my traveling begins, once again.
