whispering waves sing songs of the sea,
watery notes softly recurring,
melodious notes, bourne on the breeze.
Luminous rays, like laughter leaping,
from wave to wave, at wim of the sun,
when in the night, the sun lies sleeping,
silvery moonbeams 'cross ripples run.
When rainclouds come, with stormy showers,
wind whistles with, the song of the rain,
thunder the drum, when raincloud lowers,
echoes and cracks joining joyous refrain.
