Some descriptions of the new beanies have been found. I am still looking for the pictures.

• The 1999 Holiday Teddy is baby blue with white snowflakes and a fleece blue scarf.
• Chipper the chipmunk looks very realistic.
• Groovy the bear is the color of the Birthday Bear but the fabric is like Fuzz.
• Honks the goose is similar to Loosy.
• Scaly the lizard has a smooth fabric unlike any other Beanie Baby. It stands up properly with four feet that are very realistic
• Sheets the ghost has shiny white fabric similar to Goochy. He has an extra white sheet over the top of his body.
• Slowpoke the sloth has a similar sit-up shape to Schweetheart, and looks very realistic.
• Ty2K is a white bear with confetti (some were suggesting it was ticker-tape ribbons) in blue, red, white and green all over him.
• The End Bear is all black with a gold bow tie and has embroidered in gold thread on his chest "The End". The fireworks (firecrackers) are red, green and yellow.
• Wallace the bear is a beautiful grass green, also in the fabric like Fuzz, and has a lovely fleece plaid (tartan) scarf.

Here we are, one day after the big announcement, and Loosy is officially retired.
Listening to all the commentary about Ty's big announcement yesterday, plenty of people believe that Ty is retiring all the beanies to start from scratch. What have you heard? Please e-mail us.
