Apparently, this is "The Great Pumpkin". His size is pretty impressive, and I kinda dig the flashing disco lights, but when we walked past, this cracking, puberty stricken voice croaks out, "I'm the great pumpkin!!" Yeah, until your mom picks you up at seven.. hehe..
