To Play NES (nintendo entertainment system) games over the net you will need the emulator Called Nesticles. You can Click Here To go to the Page at Emurator.com that has the nesticles program, It is the only one that i know of that you can play the games over the net.

To Play SNES games you will have to Click Here and get SNES9x. So after you get the emulators and some games look for me on yahoo messenger and we'll play some games!!!
