In comparison to the originals on SNES there is not much difference except for the new FMV sequences that Square added in as well as the music CD if you by the original 'cause you don't get it when you rent them.

For me this was a waste of time since I had already beaten the originals (which you can download right here at Emuladder) and on PSX they weren't much better so I say download it or buy the cartridge because the sound is clearer and its less trouble with being confused with the stupid memo save option.
