Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout
This is an amazing game, not as good as the MK series mind you, but still great for a '97 release.
I recommend this to fighters and just die hard Dragon Ball fans
(i remember watching the original show on TV). The graphics are a bit polygonal but the techs and characters are great

Best feature- The choices that you have: build up, tournament, single player, etc. There are also tons of secret characters and special moves.
Worst feature- With the meteo option on in one player mode or two (if you or your opponent know how to do meteo) they can be sooo cheap.
