General Information

EMU Curling meets every Sunday night at 5:30pm at the Detroit Curling Club in Ferndale Michigan (for directions click here-- http://www.detroitcurlingclub.com/theclub.htm). The cost is $12 per session, or $125 for a student membership to the Detroit Curling Club.

Please dress warm and comfortably, as it can be very cold (sometimes as low as 30 to 40 degrees)! It is recommended that you wear lose fitting pants (aka, not jeans), as you need to be slightly flexible to curl. Bring CLEAN shoes with you (aka, not the ones you walk in on), as dirty shoes will dirty the ice, making the surface difficult to play on.

Grippers, sliders (or tape), and brooms are provided for your use at the Detroit Curling Club, should you need to use them. However, please be aware that you may need to provide these items for yourself at other venues and tournaments. We will notify you of any equipment needs prior to the event, should that event require additional equipment.
