Due to the volume of rides per year, Request Forms are taken on a first come, first serve basis. All forms must be in by March 31, so they can be put in our newsletter and distributed to our members. We will try to participate in as many functions as we can, but can not guarantee participation. Any Request Forms received after March 31st. will be taken into consideration as long as they do not conflict with rides already on our calendar .
EMS White Knights is a volunteer organization made up of Casualty Care Trained Personnel , donating their time and experience . Please accept our service in exchange for any fee or donation required.

In cases of severe injury or extreme sickness at your event always have someone call 911 first then look for one of the EMS White Knights as we will be needing an AMBULANCE as soon as possible for the injured or sick person .
