Brady was drafted by the New England Patriots in the sixth round of the NFL draft in 2000. He was the third string quarterback in 2000, and became a starter in 2001 when Drew Bledsoe received a life-threatening injury v. the New York Jets.
Brady received Super Bowl MVP award for Super Bowl XXXVI, and was the youngest quarterback to win the Super Bowl. This season he recieved the Snicker's Hungriest Player of the Game honors, was the AFC player of Week 17, and finished third in the voting for NFL MVP. He has a 38-12 record as a starter and is 5-0 in career playoff appearances. You can look forward to see him in action again Sunday February 1 against the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl XXXVIII.
