The building will be built - of course it will take several more years with the current Board of Bozo's in power (and I do believe that they will keep running for re-election), but then they are on a power trip and no one seems to want to join me to stop them. I go back to the founding days of GOVAC. Back then I was on the Bus from LIJ (1971).Many fine people
worked very hard then to make your Corps a reality. This is the first I have heard of the loss of Larry and Don. Their endless energy and round the clock schedules made the corp happen in the early days. Many full timers from LIJ
volunteered as well, Dave Silverman, Mike Kershis,
Dottie Kimpson(Jones). Sorry about the loss of your buliding last year. The basement on 260th street is not such a bad spot. Thats where I remember the original corps headquarters was.
