What are independent services?

Our firm is hired by attorneys throughout New York State for the delivery of various paralegal services via an independent contractor agreement. The agreement provides for the term of the eguagement, compensation, and services to be provided. The agreement is structured to be flexible to meet changing needs of attorneys' offices.
