" Jack" Colley (also spelled Cauley) on July 20, 1882 in Santa Rosa County, Florida. Jack was born May 26, 1860 in Henry County, Alabama. Jack and Sallie were listed in the 1900 Santa Rosa County, Florida Census Dwelling #278, Family #280. Listed were: A.J., Sarah E., Addie, Peter, Lynia, Andrew, Nicie, and Annie. Sallie had given birth to eight children, but only six were alive. Jack and Sallie had been married for 16 years. Jack and Sallie were listed in the 1910 Santa Rosa Country Census Dwelling #457, Family #468 Bagdad Precinct #16, June 18, 1910. Listed were: Andrew J., Sarah E., Lee Andrew J., Nicey M., Fronia, Charles A., Charles F., and Sarah E. Sallie had given birth to twelve children, but only ten were alive. Jack and Sallie had been married for 27 years. In 1916, Jack died in Milton, Florida. Sallie died in 1934. "Aunt Sarah, my mother's sister lived near our house. I called her Aunt Sallie. She and Uncle Jack lived in a log house, and were the parents of twelve children, all of them grown and most of them were married with children about my age." Peter Colley was born on May 7, 1885. He married a woman named Emma. Emma was born in 1896. They were listed in the 1930 Santa Rosa County, Florida Census as having a border named Myrtle. Charity Angeline "Lynia" Colley was born on April 24, 1887. Lynia married Louise Colley. Louis was born on March 7, 1880. They had three children: Louise, Daisy, and Lillie. Lynia would keep Irene Rasmussen, daughter of Elmyra Faulk Rasmussen when Irene was a little girl. Elmyra lived very close to Lynia then. Louis died November 2, 1963 and was buried in the Hickory Hammock Cemetery in Milton, Florida. Lynia died October16, 1968. Anna "Annie" Elsa Rebecca Colley was born on August 25, 1891. Andrew Colley was born on March 1, 1893. He married a woman named Elizabeth. Elizabeth was bron in 1889. Nicie M.
