(Theatre Arts) Theatre Arts is often misconstrued with drama. Since this often happens a majority of people think this field is rather small and impossible to get into. This is mainly untrue because there are many different jobs available from theater teachers to roadies, to set designers and movie stars. Almost anything that is a live event has some sort of theatre arts involved in some way and while most of these smaller types of events may not require a degree on a larger scale it is a good investment to have. At NMSU each degree can vary do to a certain emphasis in different fields. I personally plan to have an emphasis in design. Unfortunately there isn't much information about jobs and salaries in this field but i was able to find one website from the University of Southern Main but it is very vague. |
