Fleeing the land of their birth, they did not go underground like the Drow. Instead they travelled far from their home but met rejection and scorn from all that they encountered. Unable to claim a new homeland due to conflict with almost every race that they met, the Eldarians were driven into lands that were corrupted by previous wars or touched by foul magicks that leeched the land and diseased all that dared enter within its borders.

The land itself began to twist the Eldarians to match their homeland and, as a result, they have become a hideous mockery of life itself and live only to destroy all that they feel was denied them as a result of rejection and fear. Having given up their birth right, the Eldarians have been renamed "Zen Trolls" or 'Troll' which means 'The Forsaken' in the ancient Elven tongue. A troll as seen today barely resembles the once proud race of Elves that it devolved from.
Standing nearly seven feet with abnormally long arms, the troll is a massive creature that is driven by a berserker rage to bash and destroy all that it feels is a reminder of its former life. Its diseased homeland has gifted the troll with the ability to regenerate any wounds or damage at a rapid rate. Its monstrous appearance can easily inspire fear in the strong-willed and its cruel claws enhance the damage done by its incredible strength. A troll often only uses its hands to kill its enemies, however it can use tools and equipment with some skill and will often use a tree limb or mace-like weapon to bash its victim senseless.
