Years of study have allowed the Psionicist to gain mastery over this often confused and misunderstood ability and as a result, many believe that s/he is a common practitioner of magic. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Psionic power comes from the will of the individual. Age has no bearing on the strength of that power, however it has been proven that experience and practice with one's abilities tend to strengthen them over time.
