Renamon, Gatomon, Emo, Sora and Equidna were in the kitchen talking about the trip they were planning. They then remembered there was a big carnival happening there tomorrow so they decided to go today and stay in a hotel for the night.

Everyone followed him and they all got in the car. Equidna started up the engines and they started off on their road trip.

 

Renamon turned on the mp3 player and put some music on.

The roof disappeared and the car got longer, flatter and shinier.

(Renamon) how does it do that?

 

(Emo) simple. I took it to the digital world and had it upgraded by some mates of mine. They gave it shape shifting properties and made it faster. It can now turn into any kind of car you want. It only cost me 10k to get it upgraded.

 

(Gatomon) you could have told me you went to the digital world. I’ve been wanting to go back there for ages. I have friends there I haven’t seen for digital years.

 

(Emo) well next time I go ill tell you guys and you can come with me.

I have a program on my laptop that can transport anything to the digital world.

 

(Equidna) kool. I haven’t been back in ages either. Last time I went back was when you got the jacuzzi upgraded and got your spirit evolution upgrade.

 

(Sora) I thought only humans could spirit evolve.

 

(Equidna) no, digimon can spirit evolve aswell. Emo managed to get the lobomon spirit evolution program when he last went. He copied it off some kids d-tector and put it into an old digivice he bought off eBay.

 

(Emo) yup. Only problem is I can’t use the digivice to normal digivolve. I think turning into lobomon is too dangerous. Maybe when we go to the digital world ill show you lobomon but in this world it’s just too dangerous. My attacks are much stronger here.

 

(Equidna) he once turned into lobomon here and ended up almost killing 12 people.

Luckily he used his healing powers on them in time.

 

(Emo) can we change the subject.

 

(Kira) we have any drinks in here?

 

(Gatomon) I think there are some cokes in the box near the back.

 

Sora leaned over the back and grabbed the cooler box. She then took out a can for each person and handed them around.

 

(Sora) so how long is it gonna take for us to get there?

 

(Emo) around an hour if there’s no traffic, which so far seems to be about right.

 

(Gatomon) so were half way there.

 

(Renamon) what are we doing once we get there?

 

(Emo) first we have to find some rooms at a hotel and then we have to get lunch.

 

(Equidna) does anybody want to stop at the rest station in a minute?

 

(Renamon) well I could do with a fag.

 

(Emo) same here.

 

(Sora) me and Gato want to get something to eat.

 

(Kira) i'm hungry aswell.

 

(Equidna) fine. We’ll be there in a minute.

 

Equidna pulled over at the rest station and everyone got out. The first place they went was to get food. Once the food was eaten Rena and Emo went to the shop and bought some fags n snacks.

They went outside and lit up. Once finished they went back in and walked around.

Emo got the newest issue of Kerrang magazine and last weeks metal hammer magazine. They found the others and went back to the car.

They started back on the road and eventually got to the town.

Emo got a map to the town and looked on it for a hotel [a really expensive hotel].

He eventually found one and asked for a penthouse suite.

The clerk gave him a swipe card and told him it was on the top floor and the swipe card was for the elevator.

Everyone got in the elevator and Emo swiped the card through the machine and it started up.

When they got to the top the doors opened and they walked into what had to be an entire floor. Gatomon ran into one of the bedrooms and came out with a bottle of champagne.

 

(Gatomon) they have mini bars in the bedrooms.

 

Rena phased into the bathroom.

 

(Rena) hey Emo. They have a jacuzzi like yours in here.

 

(Emo) kool.

 

(Equidna) how much is this thing costing us?

 

(Emo) well I’m paying and it cost 10k a night including the entire contents of the minibar and lunch for all of us.

 

(Equidna) well after all the stuff you’ve bought this year I’m not surprised you’d pay that much for a suite in a hotel.

 

(Emo) I paid for 2 nights but we don’t have to stay that long. I also brought us all some spending money for the carnival tomorrow.

 

Emo chucked a bunch of envelopes onto a nearby table.

 

(Emo) 2k each and lunch money. Don’t be reckless with it cos its gotta last all day.

 

(Rena) have you got 2 spare envelopes?

 

(Emo) I already assumed you wanted to phase Takato and Guilmon here so I planned ahead. There’s an extra room and 3 spare envelopes.

 

(Equidna) why 3?

 

(Emo) because I want Rika with me during the carnival. That’s the reason I got this suite. It’s big enough for 10 people. It costs 1k per person per night.

It cost 10k because I’m hoping to meet someone at the carnival tomorrow.

 

(Rena) shall I go get Rika, Guilmon and Takato now?

 

(Emo) if you want.

 

Renamon phased out of the room and 5 minutes later was back with Rika, Guilmon and Takato and some bags.

 

(Takato) so when is the carnival?

 

(Emo) tomorrow.

 

(Takato) so what are we doing till then?

 

(Gatomon) partying!

 

(Guilmon) kool.

 

Guilmon lit up a spliff and took a few tokes.

Takato joined him and lit himself one. Emo got some drinks out and handed them around. He handed Kira a bottle of coke due to the whole Equidna would kill him if he gave her drink thing.

 

(Kira) I’m getting tired so I think ill go to bed now, wake me up when its time to go to the carnival.

 

(Equidna) k cya tomorrow sis.

 

Kira went to her room and went to sleep.

 

Meanwhile everyone else was sitting in the lounge area listening to music.

Takato and Guilmon were totally out of it giggling there heads off at nothing.

Emo took the bag of spliffs off them and took a couple out then put them in the safe.

 

(Emo) how bout we take this party to the jacuzzi.

 

(Everyone) kool. Let’s go.

 

Everyone went to the jacuzzi and got in.

Rika sat in between Emo and Rena, Gatomon was on Emo's stomach like usual.

Equidna was on the other side of Rena and Sora was on the other side of Emo.
