The End
You don't know how it is,
Dreaming as I do.
Of sunrises burning holes in the sky,
Sunsets patching them up.
The screaming in my ears is ringing,
Farther and farther yet.
One step closer yet still so far,
From holding me again.
A moment of silence gives too much warning,
To all that comes to much.
Though once in forever it seems as forever,
As walls come crumbling down.
Built on the sorrow of one man's hatred,
Lives so ever changed.
As writing means nothing when tomorow comes,
And thoughts are all we have.
Thoughts of wonderfull days I think,
But only in my dreams.
The day we met last before I knew me,
Holding and smiling down.
Where all the pain I bring with me,
Was lost in celebration,
I wish for the day, I hope for the day,
When we'll be joined again,
When everything I knew before,
Will finally be the end.
