Entrapment - quiet eye in child

Enophthalmos, 2mm

Telecanthus

Non-ophthalmic indication - facial or nasal deformity, trismus

 

Non-surgical intervention

medical - steroids 60 mg, then taper, abx (only if see sinus dx-keflex), nasal sprays, pain medication

non-medical - no nose blowing, no strenuous activity, no bending/lifting
