REGISTRATION:

Seller certifies that this Miniature Schnauzer puppy was bred in accordance with the Continental Kennel Club (CKC) registration requirements for purebred dogs.  Breeder has made application to CKC for litter registration, and individual dog papers will be issued to the buyer as soon as they are received.

 

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

Seller certifies that this Miniature Schnauzer puppy is, to the best of his/her knowledge, healthy at the time of sale.  Vaccination records and health background will be provided by the Seller, which includes information on diet, shots, worming, bathing, and any other treatments given this dog. 

The buyer is encouraged to have this Miniature Schnauzer puppy examined by a state licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase, at buyer’s expense.  If this Miniature Schnauzer is determined to have a major health defect, he/she may be returned to the seller for an exchange.  This refund policy does not cover death due to neglect nor abuse.

The buyer agrees to take good and proper care of the Miniature Schnauzer and agrees that it will reside at the home of the buyer.  The buyer agrees to provide for this dog’s emotional and physical care, including annual physical examinations and recommended vaccinations by a licensed veterinarian; nutritious food, positive-reward behavior training; local dog licenses if required and that the Miniature Schnauzer puppy would become part of the family.

This warranty expressly covers ONLY the exchange as listed above, and does NOT cover costs of health care, treatments, or surgeries which the buyer may elect to have done.

 

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS AND TERMS OF SALE:

This puppy is being sold as a family pet, and may be shown in nationally recognized breed or performance competitions.  This puppy is sold as pet quality meaning he/she is not sold for breeding or showing purposes.  No claims can be made under this warranty for you new pet’s inability to be shown or bred. 

Seller recommends neutering (males) and spaying (females) at age of 9 months unless dog is to be shown in competitions, or health considerations require otherwise.  Altered dogs live a healthier life and generally have fewer behavioral problems. 

The buyer understands that this breed of dog need special considerations regarding its environment, and agrees to house this dog indoors the majority of the time.  When outdoors, this dog requires fixed shade, ample safe and clean water supply, and complete and secure fencing, especially when a swimming pool is on premises.

            The deposit is non-refundable, however, it is transferable to another liter.

Violations of the terms of this contract render all guarantees stipulated in this contract to be null and void.

The undersigned buyer hereby acknowledges having read and understands the terms of the contract and does hereby agree to abide by each of the provisions set forth above.  Further, signatures below acknowledge receipt of a copy of this contract by purchaser.
