Solarac tried to open the door but it was locked. He put a spell on it but there wasn't any effect. Aurora put her spell on and they heard a click.

"Your magic must be stronger than mine," Solarac told ger in a whisper. He had underestimated her ability in magic because she was a female.

On the count of three, they charged in.

"Stop!," Aurora screamed.

Gosar was about to attack Oslin again.

"What is this? How dare you intrude? Mulson, kill those mortals," The evil god roared in anger with his ancient voice.

Mulson advanced on Chodux and they were soon lost in battle. Mulson had forgotten about the two sorcerers so Gosar sent two lightning bolts at them. He missed as they rolled out of the way.

Solarac sent a piece of sharp metal that he conjured up, spinning through the air at Gosar's right eye but, it bounded off his eyelid. Gosar roared with rage and made an iron weight out of thin air to crush him. Aurora pushed Solarac away in time but both sorcerer's breath were knocked out by the force of the fall.

"Ha! Ha!," Gosar laughed hideously. "Little earth things trying to stop a God. Ha! Ha! Ha!"

Chodux was now down on his back fighting for hes life. Aurora flicked her hand and Mulson froze. Chodux not even stopping to think how he froze, leaped to his feet and sliced him in half from the head.

" What? You dare kill my only creation? Now you shall meet your doom," Gosar hissed.

As his death spell was travelling towards them, it suddenly bounded off an invisible barrier and rebounded back at Gosar and it barely missed his head.

" Do you not remember the rule made by all gods, Gosar?" a furious ancient female voice said. " We are not to interfere with each other. Which includes our own temples. Oslin is in my care and you are trying to destroy it."

"I shall do as I wish. I never made up this accursed rule," Gosar growled.

"Then you don't know the punishment then. I'll have to show you," the animal goddess said sadly.

Gosar's body went transparent and his organs could be seen. His black heart turned red slowly as he growled in pain and he vanished.

With both presence gone, Oslin's light returned to normal and its protection spell was strong again. The companions know that Gosar would try to destroy the emerald again.
