Work History: Nov.'03-present Receptionist, Rainbow Homes, Louisburg, Ks During my Employment at Rainbow Homes my job duties encluded answering the phone, taking messages, greeting customers, and taking rent payments. Aug.'03-Oct'03 Customer service representative, Cingular Wireless, Springfield, IL During my employment at Cingular my job requirements were taking inbound calls concerning customers billing issues, technical issues, also ordering products for the customer. Oct.'00-Aug.'03 Injection, Excel Corporation, Beardstown, IL During my employment at Excel one of my jobs was injection. Injection consists of feeding the injector, bagging and boxing product, and making boxes. Some of the other areas of responsibilities at Excel were rework, hauling boxes, weighing hams, tending belly combos, and driving the forklift. May'00-July'00 Billing Represenative, AFNI, Bloomington, IL My responsibilities as a billing represenative included handling customers calls about their GTE phone bills, and sales of service and products. Nov.'99-May'00 Radio Grill, Walmart, Lincoln, IL The Radio Grill at Walmart was a unique experience. I Multi-tasked as I worked in the evenings usually by myself preparing and cooking customers orders, taking food audits every two hours, tending the cash register, cleaning off table, washing dishes and equipment, mopping the floor and counting down the register every night. May'99-Nov.'99 Cashier, Walmart, Beardstown, IL My employment at Walmart consisted of serving customers as a cashier. Other responsibilities included making sure my area was neat and zoning merchandise when needed. Aug.'96-Aug.'98 Daycare Teacher, Beardstown Christian Academy, Beardstown,IL At BCA I was priviledged to work as a daycare teacher. As a senior in High School, I went to school for half the day, and worked the rest. My duties as a daycare teacher consisted of preparing lessons, keeping a classroom organized and supervising children ages 3 years of age to 5th grade. Education: 1994-1998 Beardstown High School, Beardstown, IL 1998-1999 Lincoln Christian College, Lincoln, IL Activities and Interests: I was a long time meber of First Christian Church in Beardstown were i was involved in the A/V ministry. My responsibilities in this ministry include input data and songs for the service as well as running the Power point program during the service. Computer Experience: Through two computer classes at LLCC and a lot of love for the computer, I have become proficient in Word, Works, Excel, and Front page. I have experience in many other programs also and have fun in the area of Web design. |
