I watched the sky and I saw there
A girl with diamonds in her hair.
She looped the stars; so light, so free,
Until she hit that chestnut tree.
She yelled, she fell, she hit the ground.
Just then I heard an awful sound!
A wailing monster, large and green,
Entered this abnormal scene!
The monster sucked his ugly thumb,
And whimpered that hed lost his mum.
By then, I needed a change,
So I found a mountain range.
And climbing on those alpine rocks,
I found a box of smelly socks.
And one of them, it spoke to me.
Just what do you think you see?
I thought a bit, and focussed more,
And sure enough I plainly saw
An elephant of bluish hue,
Saying Whatsa Madda You?
Shuduppa you face! I then replied.
I span around and gently tried
To separate my arms from me
By spinning centrifugally.
And flying off they surely went!
They landed in a three-man tent,
Where me and you and someone else
- There is no word that rhymes with else -
Were singing a song of joy
About a purple chicken-boy.
I get the feeling that, somehow,
A therapist is needed now. |
