Statement by the Minister of Justice:

"The Saraphian Emirate does not have a written constitution or secularist law books, we belief all that is right and wrong can be found in the Holy Book of Moun. Therefore, logically, all laws, decrees and regulations must be based on this sacred book. We take great pride in this system and especially in its mounist purity.

The ministry of Justice controls whether Saraphian law proposals are in accordance with the Holy Book, and furthermore checks carefully if all Saraphian citizens, companies and organisations act and think in accordance with the Holy Book. On this site can be found the most important laws of our nation, varying from anti-interest regulations, royal and religious decrees, punishments for crimes and offenses to the workings of our pure justice system."
