Flower: White, lavendar-tipped or pink.
Leaves: 8-11 cm long, opposite, ovate, and sharply-toothed.
Stem: Erect, branched, smooth. Still with ascending branches.
Height: 30-90 cm.
Habitat: Swamps, wet meadows, along streams or rivers.
Interest: This flower resembles the head of a turtle (or snake) with its "mouth closed".
