La prenotazione di un periodo di soggiorno è considerata tale solo al momento del versamento sul conto corrente (indicato a seguito di contatto telefonico) di un anticipo pari al 20% dell'intero importo. Il rimanente (+ una cauzione di 100 euro per eventuali danni) verrà direttamente consegnato al momento della stesura del contratto in loco. In caso di rinuncia, l'anticipo salvo casi eccezionali, non verrà comunque restituito. La cauzione di 100 euro per eventuali danni, verrà restituita il giorno della partenza, dopo aver verificato lo stato interno ed esterno della casa.

La casa viene consegnata con tutto il mobilio necessario, e quindi al momento della firma del contratto il locatario è tenuto a firmare congiuntamente al proprietario un inventario di tutto il mobilio e le suppellettili presenti all'interno dell'abitazione attestante lo stato del mobilio stesso.

La riparazione di eventuali rotture degli elettrodomestici, per incauto uso è a totale carico del locatario.

Le spese di gas, acqua ed energia elettrica sono a carico del proprietario.

La casa viene consegnata perfettamente pulita, e quindi deve essere riconsegnata nelle medesime condizioni. Nel caso si decida di non pulire personalmente la casa, al momento della stesura del contratto, ci sarà una maggiorazione del prezzo di circa 100 euro, a prescindere dal periodo di permanenza ,per le spese di pulizia.

All'interno della casa non possono soggiornare un numero superiore di persone rispetto a quello previsto ( 5+1) e non è ammessa la presenza di animali.

Le spese per la manutenzione del giardino, sono a carico del proprietario.

La casa non viene fornita di lenzuola, asciugamani e detersivi per la pulizia.

The booking of a period of stay is considered such only after the payment on the current account (suitable following telephone contact) of an advance equal to the 20% of the whole amount. The remainder (+ an European security of 100 euro for possible damages)  will be directly delivered during the layout of the contract on the spot. In case of renouncement, the advance, exceptional cases excepted,  won't be returned however. The European security of 100 euro for possible damages, the day of the departure will be returned, after having verified the inside and external state of the house. 

The house is delivered with the whole necessary fornitures, and therefore during the signature of the contract the leaseholder is kept to jointly sign to the owner an inventory of the whole fornitures and the present furnishings inside the residence attestante the state of the same fornitures. 

The reparation of possible breakups of the appliances, for imprudent use it is to total load of the leaseholder. 

The expenses of gas, water and electric energy are to load of the owner. 

The house is  delivered perfectly cleaning up, and therefore  must be redelivers under the same conditions. In the case you decided not clean personally   the house, during the layout of the contract, there will be an increase of the price of around 100 Euro,  for the expenses of cleaning. 

Inside the house  cannot sojourn a superior number of people in comparison to that expectation (5+1) and the presence of animals is not admitted. 

The expenses for the maintenance of the garden, are  load of the owner. 

The house is not furnished of sheets, towels and cleansers  .
