Recent appraisals said, "...recognized and much-sought internal consultant and expert in statistical methods and their application to real problem solving....Excellent listener and dissector of the key needs/wishes of his customers....Focuses their work to answer their desired questions, and creates experimental approaches specific to each problem." Earlier appraisal said, "Emil has internalized the principals of Total Quality Culture".

Extensive experience with wide variety of probability modeling and statistical methods (eg, designed experiments, regression, sources of variation, Multiple Criteria Optimization, "messy data", observational data, happenstance data, mixed models, ANOVA, ANOCOVA, multiple error terms).

Identified root causes of major polymer deficiencies and devised improvements.
Synthesized polymers to meet specific needs.
Software development as needed

Specialized Foster Parent, Bellefaire Children's Bureau, ca 1984-1992

Frequent and regular training. Children with various sorts of special needs (emotional, mental, or physical) lived with us for months or years. One was adopted by people who had considered him "unadoptable" before he stayed with us. Another unofficially came "home" to us for several summers after she went to college. Another came back after her second year in college to thank us for making sure she underwent drug rehabilitation.
