| To make a wallpaper you will need Bimap(Paint). If You don't Know where the Bimap icon is on your computer hit the right mouse button and move your mouse down to "New", Then select Bimap Image. It might not be there. If you do not think you have a copy of the program Click Here To Download It. | ||||||||||||||

| Step 1.Open Paint, Step 2. If you want to have a text in your wallpaper Labeling stuff like | ||||||||||||||
| How I Put "The Offspring" On The Top Off the wallpaper. You have to type it with the Text Thing or If you want to have it in an Offspring Font. Find A Site with download fonts and download The font you will want for you wallpaper. To do it simpler(Make Shure that the tool You On bimap you use is the one on the right,top corner. It looks like a square. Go to a site with and offspring font displayed for decoration saying what you want. Hit the right mouse button on top of the Text That you want and hit "Copy". Open Another Bimap And Do the same you did with the font but hit past. Make it The Size You Want And Hit Copy again, Go into The Other Bitmap and Hit Past. Put It where you want and select your backround. Go To a site with pictures. Copy Them To A diffrent Bimap. Ajust Them. And Past Them To the wallpaper bimap.
